Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pureza Care, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled, in compliance with Lebanese consumer protection regulations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is in resalable condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • The product is not part of a non-returnable category (see below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened skincare or personal care products.

  • Used cosmetics or beauty items.

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional offers (unless defective).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pureza-care.com, providing:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@pureza-care.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us at the provided return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

6. Exchanges

We accept product exchanges for the same value item, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another product or request a refund.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at info@pureza-care.com. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.
